Level 4 – repairs
When Level 4 starts on Boxing Day, Lister will only be able to have emergency/very urgent repairs done, gas servicing and electric checks done to occupied properties. Normal repairs will re-start when the Level reduces. Please report all such repairs so we can log these and notify contractors in advance. Thank you – keep safe.

New Chairperson elected by the Committee
The Lister Management Committee at its first meeting (October 2020) after the delayed AGM held in September, has elected a new Chairperson. She is Jennifer McCuaig, who succeeds Louise Alexander who has served as Chair for the last 5 years. Colleen Littlewood was re-elected as Secretary and Angus McDonald as Treasurer.
