No ballot needed for Management Committee election
There have been four candidates for the six vacant places at the 2020 AGM to be held on Tuesday 29 September so there will be no vote. No ballot papers will be issued. All four candidates will be elected at the AGM. Thank you for all those who expressed an interest in voting.

Lister shut Fri 3 & Mon 6 July for Trades
The office will not be staffed on these days as they are part of our Public Holiday list. A telephone service will be back running on Tuesday 7 July. Thank you.
AGM postponed
The AGM normally held at the end of June 2020 has been postponed. We are unsure when and how it will be held but we hope to decide by early September at the latest and inform our tenants/members by then. This is due to the coronavirus situation and Government advice. Thank you.
