Lister is Scotland’s first housing co-operative registered for funding and support following the 1974 Housing Act.
We’re proud of our track record and history. We may be small in size but we aim to be big on community and service.
We are a ‘not-for-profit’ social enterprise that provides good quality social rented housing for those in housing need. Our voluntary Management Committee (all tenants) sets high standards for our service.
