Strong demand for Lister vacancy

June 14, 2019

Lister has had its first vacancy advertised on Key-to-choice and there was strong demand to join our city centre community. 442 people bid for the vacancy – a 2 bed top floor flat – by the deadline of Friday 14 June.

Despite us joined the choice-based bidding system in April 2018, this is our first advertised vacancy ever – after 14 months!

Alistair Cant, Director, adds “As well as being advertised on the Keytochoice.co.uk website, we have extra information, photos and a floor-plan on our website whilst the property is live. We are heartened to hear that so many people are interested in living at Lister, right in the heart of the Old Town of Edinburgh. We would like to be able to house more people, but clearly we also acknowledge that it is good that our existing tenants tend to stay with us at Lister for a long time.”
