I hope that everyone at Lister is surviving as best they can in this terrible coronavirus period. The staff are providing an emergency skeleton staff cover at the office to assist tenants who telephone and contractors undertaking emergency repairs needing keys or drainage plans, etc. Staff not on rota are working from home. The Management Committee for March was cancelled but future ones will be held remotely until the current situation changes.
We understand that for many people at Lister their income and/or their circumstances may have changed for the worse due to the coronavirus restrictions. If you need advice or assistance about paying the rent or associated matters please contact our Housing Officer Mark on the office telephone number. There is advice on this website too. Lister will not commence legal action just now for those whose ability to pay the rent has been severely affected by this crisis but please let the Lister office know if this applies to you.
