In line with Scottish Government guidance and law, only essential indoor repairs are being carried out just now by our contractors. It is now law that work is only permitted within an occupied private dwelling if it is essential for the upkeep, maintenance and functioning of the household.
These include emergency and very urgent repairs, gas servicing, electrical inspection checks, upgrading of smoke alarm safety systems. Please assist us and our contractors by understanding this legal restriction. Thank you.
