Lister is closing the office to tenants/the public from mid-morning today Tuesday 24 March to follow Government guidance and assist protect Lister staff. There will be a skeleton staff cover at the office to answer the telephone and talk to anyone who comes to the door – solely through the intercom. Please only contact the Lister office by telephone or brief email (info<at>lister .coop). Lister staff have ceased doing any home visits for the same reasons.
We may not answer the telephone if the staff member present is on another call or busy, but please let a message if the reason for your call is important. Many repair contractors are moving to urgent/emergency work only (if at all) and so the service we can provide is reducing considerably.
If you have recently changed your contact details (e.g. mobile phone number) then please send us an email or brief phone message with the new information.
