On 13 April 2018, Lister joined the majority of other Edinburgh housing associations, co‑ops and the Council in advertising its lettings on EdIndex. Look at their website – https://edindexhousing.co.uk/ for all advertised vacancies in Edinburgh. You need to be registered with EdIndex to be able to bid. An application form is downloadable from that website and once completed and signed, should be send to the EdIndex central admin unit.
Transfers within Lister stock by existing Lister tenants will still be done in-house at Lister and tenants do not need to register with EdIndex if all they wish is a transfer to another Lister flat. They must have a transfer form submitted to Lister.
Lister will also manage its ‘multi’ list in-house – shared housing for single people. We have 5 flats housing 22 people in total.
