Lister has very nearly concluded the Main Site kitchen upgrade project and all kitchens are being upgraded (but see below).
The work will only be progressed once your flat has had the following work done: Upgrade to smoke detector system; New Fuse-board; Whole-flat electric check. If this work is not done, then we cannot include you in the programme, sorry. Please contact the Lister office to discuss further.
The work is being done in batches. We will only invite tenants, one household at a time, to come and see the kitchen samples/display at the office, once their batch is going ahead. We cannot let any other tenants see the display due to Covid and managing the scarce staff time and room space. Thanks.
However we know people are excited about this important programme so all the key information is now posted below for all Main Site tenants to read. Once your turn / batch comes round, we shall send you a letter invitation and copies of these documents. We wish to help every tenant get the best out of their options and we hope this programme will result in lots of happy tenants and great kitchens. The tenants (on our Committee) have had a big say in deciding the specification and quality, so thanks to their input too – all very useful.
