Lister – Assurance Statement

From 2019 Lister, as a registered social landlord in Scotland, has to give an Assurance Statement (AS) to tenants, to others and to the Scottish Housing Regulator stating whether we comply with the requirements of the SHR Regulatory Framework.

The process for consideration of the 2024 AS has now been concluded. This involved consideration by the Management Committee of detailed reports from staff, as well as the many regular reports and updates throughout the year from staff, agents, auditors and other consultants and advisers.

Should you like further information in relation to the AS process, or should you wish to share any comments or feedback to inform the process, do not hesitate to contact the office, for example by using the ‘Your Views’ or ‘Contact Us’ forms on this website.
