Assurance Statement 2024
Lister’s Management Committee has now completed this year’s annual Assurance Statement, confirming that Lister complies with the Regulatory Framework published by the Scottish Housing Regulator. Lister Tenant Survey Report 2022-23
In December 2022 and January 2023 a Tenant Survey was conducted with all tenants sent a questionnaire and replies sought, either online or by post. We were very pleased to have a 58.5% response rate and the Survey Report produced by our consultants is available here: ListerSurveyReport2022.website

Monday 6 December saw our Director, Alistair Cant, retire after 32.5 years – well done. Our new CEO, John Rankin, takes over the reins and is looking forward to working for and with you.

AGM now on Wednesday 22 September at 7.30pm
The 2021 Lister AGM will be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 22 September 2021 at Lauriston Hall, 28 Lauriston Street, EH3 9DJ – the Jesuit Church community halls. There will also be a brief Special General Meeting (SGM) held immediately after the AGM to consider new Rules for the Co-o. All tenants (members) welcome.
