The February Management Committee approved the budget and rent review for the year from April 2021 to March 2021.
The rent review is no increase for inflation and only the Main Site major repairs funding increase and some increases in service charges for certain stairs. The Budget includes the start of the Main Site kitchen refurbishment programme, starting in late Spring, subject to Covid-19 restrictions easing.
