Lister’s Lettings plan

To assist Lister to plan its allocations, we develop a Lettings Plan by 1 April each year, to guide and inform people about how we plan to carry out our lettings activity in the period. It runs from 1 April to the following 31 March. Our latest Lettings plan was approved in March 2024 for the year 2024-25.
